As we close the chapter on this incredible journey, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been a part of Pai Me Grill. Before diving into my reflections, I want to acknowledge a few individuals who have made this experience unforgettable:
- Bao and Duy: Your generosity in sharing your knowledge and tools has been a true blessing. I’m forever grateful for your support—you’ll always be my brothers for life.
- Whitney: Your willingness to step in and help when I felt overwhelmed was invaluable. From designs to label details, your dedication ensured the brand was always represented perfectly. You are truly one of a kind.
- Justin and Jordan: Thank you for constantly pushing me to promote the brand. Even when life slowed me down, your encouragement never went unnoticed.
- Tony: Your support with the website and your patience through every need made a world of difference.
- Cindy: Thank you, my business partner, for giving me the chance to step into this venture. While others spend so much to learn the lessons I’ve gained, I’ll always treasure the nearly two years of growth this journey has given me.

As the year comes to a close, I want to thank all of you—our loyal customers and friends—for the love and memories you’ve brought into Pai Me Grill.
This restaurant has always been more than a place to serve food; it’s been a space for connection, celebration, and storytelling. Your trust and encouragement made this possible, and I am forever thankful.
Our final day was Saturday, December 21st, and though stepping away from Pai Me Grill is bittersweet, I look forward to embracing new opportunities and challenges. This experience has taught me so much, and the lessons I’ve learned will stay with me always.
To our amazing patrons, your smiles and kind words have been the heart of this journey. You’ve made Pai Me Grill special, and as we often said in the back kitchen, “We do it for the glory!”
Though this chapter has closed, the memories and relationships we’ve built will live on. I hope to carry forward the same joy and connection you’ve shared with me into whatever comes next.
